Acceptance of Terms
Access to GreenMesh requires whitelist approval. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Platform Access
GreenMesh is provided on an invitation-only basis during private beta. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms or misuse of mesh infrastructure.
Acceptable Use
You may not use GreenMesh for illegal activities, unauthorized access to third-party systems, deployment of malicious AI agents, or any activity that compromises mesh network integrity.
Intellectual Property
GreenMesh retains all rights to the platform, APIs, and documentation. You retain ownership of models and data you deploy on the mesh, subject to our data processing terms.
Limitation of Liability
GreenMesh is provided "as is" during beta. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
